MIL-STD-709D
Ammunition void of all energies such as propellant fill and primer.
Inert Ammo
Ammo which contains two or more chemicals that remain separated until use. Not lethal or explosive until mixed on demand or by shock.
Binary Munitions
A chemical that produces temporary irritation or disabling effects when in contact with the eyes, skin, or when inhaled.
Riot Control Agent
An agent that produces temporary physiological or mental effects, or both, which will render individuals incapable of concerted effort in the performance of
their assigned duties.
