Employer seeking civil sanctions to include disciplinary action, when the employee has a civil action, to impeach the testimony of that officer after an end camera review, if that employee is deceased.

The employer ordering the employee to answer questions or they can be fired.
What is Lybarger?
It’s the admonishment read by the employer to the employee.
Can interviews with the internal Afairs be video recorded?
Yes
Is the department required to provide recordings as well as transcripts reports and complaints to an officer prior to a second interview?
Yes But not for the first interview
Does a representative of the officer have to disclose information that they know?
No.
