Any complications with pregnancy?
Any illnesses during pregnancy e.g. pre-eclampsia, anaemia?

Was baby premature
Was it natural birth or caesarean?

Questions to ask mother post-natal with regards to MIH?

Answer 5

Any childhood illnesses e.g. measles?
Did the child take any medication in childhood?
Did the child have prolonged breastfeeding?
