- What is Mass Media?
Media: Traditional forms include books, theater, TV, radio, and cinema.

Photographic Apparatus: Any device used for photography (e.g., camera, lens).
Can be extended metaphorically to a “textual apparatus” in writing.

Purpose: Addresses specific societal needs.
