Muscle endurance
Refers to the ratio of lean body tissue to body-fat tissue

It involves skills that will enhance ones performance in athletic or sports events

The ability to change and control the direction in position of the body while maintaining a constant rapid motion
Agility
The ability to control or stabilize the body when the person is standing still or moving
Balance
The ability to move body parts swiftly while applying the maximum force of the muscle.
It is the combination of both speed and muscular strength.
Power
The ability to search or respond quickly to what you hear, see, or feel
Reaction time
The ability to move your body parts swiftly.
The majority of sports. Rely on this to gain advantage over your opponents.
Speed
Any physical activity that makes you sweat that causes you to breathe harder.
Strengthens your heart, lungs, and trains your cardiovascular system.
