PRI - go up 1 space and lateral - fencer stance - stabilize over top of TP, thenar contact on top of TP - stabilize on opposite TP - PA IS LR - L TP contact - accomodate IS line of drive for facet - torque = CCW
SCP = Left TP
LOC = PA IS LR
Torque = CCW
T1 PRI Single Hand
L4 PRI-M Pull
PRI Single Hand Inferior hand, stand on patients left and use right hand; hand flat with fingers up over left trap CP = Right pisiform SCP = T1 Left TP LOD = PA IS LR Torque = CCW
PRI-M Pull Left side up CP = Right index on mammillary, right middle finger on spinous SCP = L4 left mammillary and spinous LOD = PA IS RL Torque = CW
Left EX Pull
T2 PLS Single Hand
Left EX Pull Left side down, roll patient over to get contact then roll back CP = left pisiform SCP = left lateral PSIS LOD = PA LR Torque = CCW
T2 PLS Single Hand
Use inferior hand - righty hand; stand straight away
CP = right pisiform with fingers crossing spine, go over traps
SCP = T2 Spinous
LOD = PA IS LR
Torque = CCW
C6 PLS Double Thumb
P-L ISU
C6 PLS double thumb Roll up into facet when thrusting; pinch traps while adjusting; stand on patients left CP = thumb on thumb SCP = C6 Spinous LOD = PA IS LR Torque = CCW
P-L ISU
Patient left side up; tissue pull M-L onto PSIS and set pisiform just medial to it; hand flat, fingers pointing toward table
CP = right pisiform
SCP = 1/2 way between PSIS and S2 on the left
LOD = PA

C3 PRI Double Lamina
IN Pull Right
C3 PRI Double Lamina On patients left side, split thumbs so they’re on both laminas, pinch traps and roll into CP = left thumb SCP = C5 lamina LOD = PA IS LR Torque = CCW
IN Pull Right Right side up with a kick CP = left index finger overlapped by middle finger SCP = medial PSIS LOD = PA LR Torque = CCW
AS Pull Left

AS Pull Left Patient left side up CP = left index and middle finger side by side SCP = Left acetabular ridge LOD = PA SI Torque = none

T12 PLI Thumb Pisiform Fencers tance or straight away; tissue pull with right thumb then place left thumb on TP with hand flat, overlap with right hand facing down table CP = inferior thumb SCP = T12 right TP LOD = PA IS RL Torque = CW
L5 PRS Push

L5 PRS Push Right side up, fingers cross spine at 45 degrees CP = left pisiform SCP = L5 spinous LOD = PA IS RL Torque = CW
T3 PLI-T single hand Stand on patients right, left pisi with fingers flat over right trap (not crossing spine) CP = left pisiform SCP = T3 right TP LOD = PA IS RL Torque = CW
