Q

From this text (P&T), how did Christians fit into existing patterns of Roman conflict with Judaism or the Roman fear of factions?

A

Jews were mostly respected aside from revolts. Christians weren’t Jewish and weren’t exempt from taxes and expected to worship emperor. Fear of factions bc not worshipping snowflake emperor was a no-no.
