An action is morally right if it produces the greatest sum of good for everyone effected by it counting oneself no more and no less than anyone else
Ethical Hedonism
The only thing in life that is intrinsically good for me is pleasure
Ideal Morality
Counting everyone’s happiness as the same

No difference between actively killing and passively letting die

2 Conditions for Euthanasia
- Person is alive

When death is brought about by an act eg lethal injection

When death is brought about by omission eg do not resuscitate

When a competent person asks not to be alive
Non-voluntary Euthanasia
The person has not expressed their wishes or is unable to
Involuntary Euthanasia
Going against the persons wishes by ending their life
