Contractions of muscles without moving body
ex: wall sits
What is an isotonic contraction?
weight training
ex: dumbbell curls
What is an isokinetic exercise?
Exercise that places tension on a muscle group through complete ROM
ex: leg press at the gym
What is self-efficacy?
An individuals perception of their ability to succeed at a particular task at a specific time
