USED IN MEAT DISHES to dissolve stagnation from meat

A

1 for HEAT CAUSED CONSTIPATION

  • drains damp heat (jaundice, Lin syndrome, LV, GB damp heat)
  • drains heat from the blood (reckless: vomit blood, nosebleed, constipation causing bleeding, rectal tear)
  • clears heat obstructing the blood level (High fever, topically for burns or hot skin lesions)
  • INVIGORATES the blood for blood stasis (trauma, amenorrhea etc) must be prepared w/ alcohol.
  • for laxative: put in last 5 min*
  • **for blood stasis: add in @ the beginning of cook time & use w/ alcohol
