Intelligence, sociability, confidence, charisma
What is intelligence?
Good reasoning, language & perception skills - interpreting, thinking, & communicating
What is sociability?
The ability to build & maintain positive social relationships - friendly, outgoing, courteous, & diplomatic
What is confidence?
Feeling positive, secure, and capable in yourself and your abilities to learn - believing that your effort is capable of getting you to the goal.
What is charisma?
Charisma is a social ‘charm’ that gives the social power of influence. Can be learned.
What is determination?
The drive and desire to lead and do what is promised.
What Integrity?
Integrity is one’s ability to act consistently with honesty and reliability.

The ability to create plans based on available resources, the context, & the goal (long v/s short term)
What is creating a vision?
The ability to challenge others to create a better future

What does it mean to manage resources?
Thinking about what resources are most important to the task & if there are any resources that you need but don’t have. Obtaining and allocating resources
What does it mean to manage people ?
To build relationships, build teamwork, address urgent issues, recruit and retain people, & ensure every person is contributing. Do you have a leader? Are there followers?
What is technical competence?
Specific Knowledge in a broad range of areas to guide/enable followers to perform
What is emotional intelligence?
The ability to be aware of yours and others emotions and how they impact the group. Bringing awareness to the team of emotions. To be able to regulate your own emotions.
