It was a good thing! Adam and Eve made a good choice to have kids!
No flesh can dwell in the presence of god save it be through the Messiah, The Messiah cometh that he may redeem the children from the fall, we have the laws of God and are taught to know good from evil, there is opposition in all things, the fall was Adam and eves choice (stay or have kids), God purposely created an environment of law, enticement, sin, opposition, choice, growth, and progress.

“The tree of good and evil thou shalt not eat but thou mayest choose for thyself”, satan knew not the mind of god, the woman (eve) saw the tree was good for food and pleasant to the eye, Adam and Eve offer sacrifice — Holy Ghost says as they fall so shall they be redeemed, Adam says bless the name of god because of my transgression my eyes were opened in this life i will have joy, eve says if it weren’t for her sin she wouldn’t have kids and no joy
