How to examine human cheek cells (the steps)

1. Cotton wool bud to scrape the inside of cheek
2. Touch the bud on to the microscope slide to transfer the cells
3. Add one drop of methylene blue to the microscope slide
4. Place the cover slip over the slide by lowering it down
5. Put it under the microscope start with the smallest magnification then work your way up
