How to diagnose toxoplasmosis?

A

PCR or Immunoglobulins (IgM, IgG and IgA).
MRI/CT: ring enhancing lesions

Treatment of toxoplasmosis?

A

Recommended in pregnancy if recent infection
ie. Spiromycin + Pyimethamine, sulfazadine, folinic acid
