Serology +/or trophozoites (w/ RBCs in cyto) or cysts (w/ multiple nuclei) in stool
Metronidazole. Iodoquinol for asymptomatic cyst passers

Cysts in meat or oocysts in cat feces (crosses placenta)
Serology, Biopsy
Sulfadiazine, Pyrimethamine
