- Attain & maintain the knowledge and skills at the level required, to ensure client get the best professional services according to the standards
- act diligently & accordingly accordance with the applicable technical and professional standards

-To respect the confidentiality information of the client as a result of professional and business relationship
- Cannot disclosed without the consent of the clients (don’t use information for of the 3rd party for personal gain and disclose confidential information)
- Allowed to disclose without consent from the clients (for the purpose of discharge of duty, court orders, and to protect the interest of the members)
Professional behaviours

And avoid any possibility of action that the professional account should know which will discredit the profession
How to attain the competence and due care
- Competence : can be attain through the formal education, and practical training
- Due care : The members need to observe the profession, standards and to think how to improve the competence
What is advertising
- advertising or publicity given for the staff vacancy, sales or business
- but, don’t displayed more than necessary
What is compensation - Fees
- The Auditor should determine the revenue of the clients, if high revenue increase the audit procedure, and hire audit fees
Should be : the fee given should be based on MIA
Should not be : fee is too low
