comparing what you already know with information you are given in order to decide weather you agree with it.
critical thinking
a spoken or writen summary of observations.

an interpretation of observations.

the internationally accepted system of measurements.
International System of Units
the number of digits in a measurement that are known with a certain degree of reliability.
significant digits
the factor that is changed by the investigators to observe how it affects a dependent varible.
independent variable
any factor that can have more than one value.
varible
the factor a scientist observes or measures during an assignment.
