Not a titrated dose
Can be impaired by mucus secretions
Indications for intranasal sedation
Where IV access is not possible
Where N2O is not sufficient

10mg/kg A, 0.2mg/kg children
Via droplets or atomised spray
Contraindications of intranasal sedation
