V kontextu CrossFitu pojem “bracketing” znamená testování a aplikaci programu na širokou škálu lidí, od profesionálních a elitních sportovců až po sedavé, obézní a starší jedince. Tento přístup demonstruje univerzálnost a účinnost programu. Pokud CrossFit funguje jak pro olympijské lyžaře, tak pro sedavé domácí hospodyňky, je pravděpodobné, že bude fungovat i pro kohokoliv jiného.
