  • The organisation which made it are reliable and non-profit, less likely to spread misinformation

  • may contain unintended bias from participants, as those approached could have told the researchers what they thought was wanted to hear or vice versa
  • doesn’t have many notes on their methodology, so there could be inconsistencies with their research that
