In the Jewish prayer they pray three times a day for the coming of the Messiah.
Jews pray for the return of the exiles.

Some Rabbis believe there is a finite number of souls to live within bodies and when all souls arrive then the Messiah will come.
All Jews have to observe the mitzvot fully for the Messiah to come.
The Messianic age will be similar to today but the temples are restored and the Jews will return to Jerusalem.
