Funnel down into things like
1. Average ticket- What is your ticket average?
2. Likes and Dislikes - What do you like or dislike about your current processing company?
3. Dislikes -What do you dislike about this industry?
4. Payment How much do you pay? Why would you pay that? Is that a burden for you?
Bring out pain
5. What else would you do with it- What would you do with that money if you didn’t have to pay that?
If someone called you tomorrow and said you don’t have to pay the 500 dollars would you be happier?

Go into the effective rate -
