Oysters on the Half Shell
Guest choice of six or twelve seasonal oysters, served on a bed of crushed ice. Served with mignonette sauce, cocktail sauce with a dollop of horseradish and mini Tabasco bottles. Garnished with lemon wedges seaweed.

Shrimp & Scallop Ceviche
Laughing bird shrimp and Baja Bay scallops, lightly poached in court bouillon and marinated in lemon, lime and orange juice. Tossed with red onions, red and yellow peppers, jalapeno, scallions, olive oil, Tabasco sauce, Old Bay seasoning, coriander, salt and black pepper. Garnished with diced avocado and cilantro. Served in a large scallop shell with a side of old bay corn chips. Garnished with lime wedge.

Fried Calamari
Eight ounces of fresh calamari (tubes and tentacles) marinated in milk, dipped in eggwash, dredged in seasoned flour and deep fried. Served with cocktail sauce with a dollop of horseradish, tartar sauce, lemon wedges and parsley.

Shrimp DeJonghe
Six 16-20 count shrimp, topped with a crust of panko, butter, basil, parsley, garlic, oregano, asiago cheese, dry sherry, lemon juice, kosher salt and black pepper and baked. Garnished with lemon wedges.

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail
Four U-12 count shrimp poached in court bouillon, peeled and deveined with tail on. Served chilled on a bed of crushed ice and seaweed. Served with cocktail sauce with a dollop of horseradish and lemon wedges.

Oysters Rockefeller
Four oysters placed in oyster shells and topped with spinach, shallots, scallion, green onions, celery, buttered breadcrumbs, bacon, Tabasco and black pepper. Topped with a cheesy mixture of mayonnaise, asiago, Tabasco, lemon juice and white pepper and oven baked. Four shells are served on top of rock salt.

Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms
Six to eight button mushrooms sautéed in garlic butter and sherry and stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese, mayonnaise, creamed spinach, onions, artichoke, garlic butter, sherry, salt and pepper. Each mushroom is topped with a cheesy mixture of mayonnaise, asiago, Tabasco, lemon juice and white pepper. Oven baked and garnished with a parsley sprig.

Colossal Lump Crab Cake
One cake made of Colossal Lump crab meat mixed with mayonnaise, eggs, Old Bay seasoning, white pepper, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley and panko. Brushed with clarified butter and baked until golden. Served with Joe’s famous mustard sauce, lemon and parsley.

Ahi Tuna Tartare
Diced sashimi grade ahi tuna tossed with diced avocado, cilantro, sliced green onion, lemon juice, sea salt, togarashi spice and toasted sesame dressing (soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, light brown sugar, sesame seeds, house oil, water). Served over a bed of ice with a side of fried white sesame crackers, lightly toasted on the grill.
Note: Fryer allergens only apply to sesame crackers

Steak Tartare
Diced prime sirloin (3.5 oz) tossed with shallots, chives, parsley, fried capers, kosher salt, olive oil and tartare dressing (ketchup, dijon mustard, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, tabasco sauce, honey, joe’s mustard, lemon juice, curry powder, cumin, kosher salt) Garnished with an egg yolk. Served with grilled focaccia pieces brushed with olive oil.
Note: Capers are NOT fried in fryer

Fried Oysters
Five ounces of shucked oysters are dredged in seasoned flour, dipped in eggwash, tossed in parsley cracker meal and deep fried. Served in a scallop shell over wet salt with sides of tartar sauce, cocktail sauce with a dollop of horseradish, lemon wedges and a parsley sprig.

Charred Octopus Salad
Braised, trimmed octopus (court bouillon, sea salt, garlic puree, thyme, rosemary, oregano, parsley, house oil, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, chili flakes, salt, pepper), seasoned with salt and pepper, char grilled in a garlic puree marinade (garlic, oregano, parsley, yellow onion, red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt) with charred corona beans. Served with grapefruit pieces, kalamata olives, shaved radish and shaved fennel in a lemon oil. Garnished with arugula and celery leaves.

The Whale
Served PER PERSON. One piece of shrimp cocktail, two ounce portion of shrimp and scallop ceviche, two ounce segment of chilled king crab and half of a lobster tail. Served on a bed of crushed iced and seaweed. Served with old bay corn chips, cocktail sauce with a dollop of horseradish sauce, drawn butter and lemon wedges.

Manhattan Clam Chowder
Chopped clams, salt pork, tomatoes, carrots, celery, onions, potatoes, green peppers, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper, maggi seasoning, cornstarch, tomato paste, ketchup, clam juice and water. Served with oyster crackers.

Crab Bisque
Crab shells, celery, onion, carrot, white wine, brandy, olive oil and water reduced to a syrup. This is added to vegetable stock, tomato paste, cream, cornstarch, bay leaves, salt and black pepper, simmered and strained. Garnished with crab meat, carrot, celery, onion, parsley, salt and black pepper sautéed in butter.
