Crispy Calamari

A

4.5 oz calamari, marinated in buttermilk; dredged in seasoned flour and fried with roasted tomatoes and artichokes.

Served with arrabiata sauce, roasted garlic aioli, and two lemon wedges. Rectangle plate with tongs.

Chicken Chipolte Nachos

A

Hand cut and fried corn totilla chips with cheddar jack cheese on top with 5 oz chipolte braised chicken thigh and white cheddar mornay (cheese sauce).

Garnished with shredded lettice, pico de gallo, house made guacamole, and pickled jalapenos. Served with salsa and sour cream on side. Tongs.

Mexican Street Corn

A

Whole corn cobs are charred on the grill, kernels cutt off the cob. Kernels get warmed up in a pan with chili poweder, topped with cotija cheese, tequila lime crema, torn cilantro.

Served in bowl with spoon.

A

Ammoglio is whole San Marzano tomotoes crused by hand an marinated with vinegar and basil.
