3 Stages of Dementia

A

Mild Stage- early stage- usually effects mental abilities - ie
Mild forgetfulness, can’t learn new things, limited attention, occasional confusion
Moderate Stage(middle stage) - mental and physical abilities and moods and emotions effected
Ie- forgetting personal history, sleep problems, Gait problems, anxiety, rudeness, anger, confusion, depression

Stage 3- Severe(late stage)- mental abilities effected
Eh capable of remembering, performing self care, communicating, loss of control of body functions, bedridden, result in death
