Section 135 (1)
(in a dwelling) It is a warrant to assist an approved mental health practitioner
Police must execute and gives the power to enter and remove someone suffering from mental health
LAS must provide transport
Section 135(2)
A warrant to return a patient.
Can be applied by police

Section 136 (1A)
Public only
Person appears to be suffering from mental health in need of immediate care and control if necessary in the interest of the person or for the protection of others remove that person to of keep them at place of safety
