explain the differences between a mental illness and mental health
Mental health is always there and may be positive or negative, mental illness affects a person’s ability to function over a long period of time and is diagnosed by a doctor.

-sleep problems.

Intense, excessive and persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Fast heart rate, rapid breathing, sweating and feeling tired may occur.
