A
People who are detained by way or court order if they are found to be criminally insane or unfit to plead

People or are subject to compulsory treatment order but are considered to present a danger to the public

No more than 6 hours for the purpose of a medical examination or an assessment examination

Any person over the age of 18 and these would be normally made by a relative or the doctor who carries out the initial examination
