  • Asplenia (anatomical/functional)
  • Antibody deficiency disorders
  • Complement, properdin, factor D deficiency
  • Travel to high risk areas
  • Lab people with exposure
  • Military

  • MCV-C at 2 and 4 months
  • MCV-4 if older than 2 years
