Management of meniere
A
Acute - prochloperazine if vomiting
Severe- beta histidine and fluids
Conservative-
- diet changes( low caffeine,alcohol, salt diet)
- tinnitus- sound therapy,avoid silent
- encourage to move after attack for central compensation
Prevention- beta histidine/ chlortalidone
