Bleed air is available:

(2) ENGINE START switch……………… L (R) CRANK until ITT is 150 °C or less, or flame at engine tailpipe is reported out, or starter limit. Bleed air is unavailable or tail pipe fire indications persist: (3) Emergency Evacuation Procedure… Accomplish Refer to Chapter 3; EMERGENCY PROCEDURES − EMERGENCY EVACUATION.
