Thrust reversers, max reverse
After stopping: Parking/Emer brake, set Affected engine fire, fire push Fire ext 1 and 2 Emer depress, push Non-affected Engine shutoff and APU shutoff, push Evacuation Controlling agency, notify STBY INST, off L and R batt, turn off
RTO
Throttles retard

If fire still indicated, extinguisher 2 push

Pos rate, gear up
At safe altitude, checklist
Pylon overheat
Throttle retard
Run checklist
Wing anti-ice overheat
Wing anti-ice off
Engine Fire, inflight.
Affected engine thrust lever, idle unless a critical thrust situation exists
Affected engine fire….Fire shutoff push
Wait 10 seconds
If fire indication still exists,
Fire Ext 1 armed push
Wait 30 seconds. If fire indication still exists,
Fire Ext 2…..Armed push.
Cabin Altitude
- Crew oxygen masks….Don
- Pilot and copilot O2 mask/Norm….02 Mask
- Thrust lavers….idle
- Autopilot….disconnect
- Flight Spoilers….EMER
- Descend at MMO/Vmo, not below min safe altitude
Bleed leak
- Cross bleed….closed
- Affected bleed….off
If right bleed leak, is on:
- L bleed…on
- APU bleed….off
Over speed
- Thrust levers….Idle
- Autopilot….Disconnect
- Flight Spoilers….EMER
- Level wings, then pitch up
Emergency Evacuation
- Park/Emer brake….Set
- Emer Depress….on.
- L and R Eng and APU Fire….Push
- Evacuation….command
- Controlling agency….notify.
- STBY INST….off
- L and R BATT….off
Normal brakes fail
- Normal actual landing distance….multiply by:
- 65 without TR
- 5 with TR
- Flight Spoilers….Emer
- Park/Emer brake….pull smoothly
STALL on PFD
- Lower pitch attitude to reduce angle of attack
- Thrust levers….APR
- Flight Spoilers….Retract
- Level the wings
Cabin/cockpit fire, smoke, fumes
- Crew O2 masks….don, select emergency
- Smoke goggles….Don
- O2 mask/Norm….O2 Mask
Pull Up (TAWS Aurals)
- Autopilot….Disengage
- Thrust levers….APR
- Flight Spoilers….Retract
- climb at max practical rate
- Landing Gear…..Up
Wind shear
- Autopilot….disengage
- Thrust levers….APR
- Flight Spoilers….retract
- Smoothly rotate to TOGA pitch, allow airspeed to decrease if necessary. Maintain wings level. Do not retract flaps or landing gear.
Dual Engine Flameout
- Crew 02 Masks (if above 14,000ft)….Don
- 02 Mask/NORM….02 Mask
- Airspeed….185 KIAS.
Unreliable Airspeed
- Autopilot…..off
- FDs……….off
Above MSA:
- Proceed to AVNC 02-17, step 7
Below MSA
- Pitch/N1…..15 degrees/ TO
- Go around…..initiate
Clean up and climb above MSA
In mountainous terrain/high MSA, above 15,000 feet
Pitch/N1…..10 degrees/ Climb
