Airspeed Unreliable
Autopilot….(if engaged)……………..Disengage
Autothrottle…….(if engaged)……..Disengage
F/D Switches both………………..Off
Set the following gear up pitch attitude and thrust
Flaps Extended…….10 degrees and 80% N1
Flaps Up………………..4 degrees and 75% N1
APU FIRE
APU Fire Switch confirm…
Pull, rotate to stop and hold 1 second
APU Switch…………………….OFF
Cabin Altitude Warning or Rapid Depressurization
Don Oxygen Mask
Establish Crew Communications
Engine Fire/Severe Damage or Seperation
Autothrottle…….(if engaged)……..Disengage
Thrust Lever (effected engine)…..Confirm…………….CLOSE
Engine Start Lever (effected engine)…..Confirm….CUTOFF
Engine Fire Switch (effected engine)…..Confirm…….PULL
To manually unlock the engine fire switch, press the override and pull.
If the ENGINE FIRE Switch or ENG OVERHEAT
light stays illuminated
ENGINE FIRE Switch …….Rotate to stop hold 1 second
If after 30 seconds the ENGINE FIRE Switch or
ENG OVERHEAT light stays illuminated:
ENGINE FIRE Switch…
Rotate to Opposite stop hold 1 second
ENGINE LIMIT/SURGE/STALL
Autothrottle…………..(if engaged)………………….Disengage
Thrust Lever (effected engine)…..Confirm……
Retard until engine indications stay within limits
….or thrust lever is closed
ENGINE OVERHEAT
Autothrottle ……(if engaged)…………………………..Disengage
Thrust Lever (effected engine)…..Confirm……CLOSE
Note..If ENGINE OVERHEAT light stays illuminated
»>Go TO the ENGINE FIRE checklist on page 8.6
LOSS OF THRUST ON BOTH ENGINES
Engine Start Switches …(both)…………………………….FLT
Engine Start Levers ..(both)………………………….CUTOUT
When EGT decreases:
Engine Start Levers ..(both)……….IDLE detent
If EGT reaches 930C or there is no increase in EGT within
30 seconds
Engine Start Levers ..
(effected engine)…Confirm…..CUTOUT…..Then IDLE detent
If EGT reaches 930C or there is no increase in EGT within

RUNAWAY STABILIZER
Uncommanded stabilizer trim
movement Occurs continuously
Control Column………………………………………..HOLD FIRMLY
Autopilot..(if engaged)………………………………….DISENGAGE
note Do not re-engage the Autopilot
Control airplane pitch attitude manually with control column
and main electric trim as needed
Autothrottle ……(if engaged)…………………………..Disengage
»>do not Re-engage autothrottle«<
…IF the runaway stops after the Autopilot is disengaged
»»»»»»»END»
IF runaway continues after the Autopilot is disengaged:
STAB TRIM CUTOUT Switches,,(both) ……………..CUTOUT
IF the runaway continues:
STABILIZER TRIM WHEEL……………………..GRASP and HOLD
UNCOMMANDED ROLL
Autopilot..(if engaged)………………………………….DISENGAGE
Maintain control of the airplane with all available flight controls.
If roll is uncontrollable,
immediately reduce pitch/angle of attack and increase airspeed.
Do not attempt to maintain altitude until control is recovered.
Autothrottle ……(if engaged)…………………………..Disengage
Verify thrust is symmetrical.
WARNING HORN (INTERMITTENT)
or
WARNING LIGHT– CABIN ALTITUDE
or
TAKEOFF CONFIGURATION
one of these occures
»In flight at an airplane flight altitude above 10,000, MSL the intermittent warning horn sounds
or CABIN ALTITUDE light illuminates…
»On ground the intermittent warning horn sounds or
the TAKEOFF CONFIG light illuminates when advancing
the thrust lever to takeoff thrust
If the intermittent warning horn sounds or the CABIN ALTITUDE light illuminates in flight at an airplane flight altitude above 10,000, MSL
DON OXYGEN MASK………SET REGULATORS TO 100%
ESTABLISH CREW COMMUNICATIONS
> > Go to the CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING or
RAPID DEPRESSURIZATION checklist page 2.1

If intermittent warning horn sounds or the TAKEOFF CONFIG light illuminates ON THE GROUND when advancing thrust levers to takeoff thrust
>ASSURE CORRECT TAKEOFF CONFIGURATION
LANDING CONFIGURATION
In the air a STEADY warning horn sounds
ASSURE CORRECT
AIRPLANE LANDING CONFIGURATION
TAKEOFF CONFIGURATION
On the ground the
intermittent cabin altitude /configuration warning horn sounds. or
the TAKEOFF CONFIG light illuminates when advancing the thrust levers to takeoff thrust
ASSURE CORRECT
