Engine fire, severe damage or separation (in flight)
A
- Autothrottle (if engaged) –> disengage (PF)
- Thrust lever (affected engine) –> confirm –> close (PF)
- Engine start lever (affected engine) –> confirm –> cutoff (PM)
- Engine fire switch (affected engine) –> confirm –> pull (PM)
- If the engine fire switch or engine fire overheat light is illuminated: Engine fire switch (affected engine) –> confirm –> rotate to the stop and hold for 1 second (PM)

- IF the ENG OVERHEAT light stays illuminated –> Go to the Engine Fire, Severe Damage or Separation checklist checklist on page 8.2

Airspeed Unreliable (10.1)
A
- Autopilot (if engaged) –> disengage
- Autothrottle (if engaged) –> disengage
- Flight Directors both (if engaged) –> disengage
- Set the following gear up pitch attitude and thrust:
Flaps extended: 10 degrees, 80% N1
Flaps up: 4 degrees, 75% N1

Cabin Altitude Warning or Rapid Depressurization (2.1)
A
- Don oxygen masks and set regulators to 100%
- Establish crew communications
- Pressurization mode selected –> MAN
- Outflow valve switch –> Hold in CLOSE untill the outflow valve indication shows fully closed
- IF the cabin altitude is uncontrollable:
- Passenger signs –> ON
- PASS OXYGEN swotch –> ON
- Go to the emergency descent checklist on page 0.1

Emergency Descent (0.1)
A
- Announce the emergency descent. The pilot flying will advice the cabin crew, on the PA system, of impending rapid decent. The pilot monitoring will advice ATC and obtain the area altimeter setting
- Passengers signs –> ON
- Without delay, descent to the lowest safe altitude or 10,000 feet, whichever is higher
- Engine start switches –> CONT
- Thrust levers (both) –> Reduce thrust to minimum or as needed for anti-ice
- Speedbrake –> IDLE DETENT
if structural integrity is in doubt, limit speed as much as possible and avoid high maneuvering loads - Set target speed to Mmo/Vmo

Engine Limit, Surge or Stall
A
- Autothrottle (if engaged) –> disengage
- Thrust lever (affected engine –> confirm –> retard untill engine indications stay within limits or the thrust lever is closed
