Aborted Engine Start L, R
FUEL CONTROL switch (affected side) - CUTOFF
Airspeed Unreliable
1 Autopilot disconnect switch - Push
2 A/T ARM switches (both) - OFF
3 F/D switches (both) - OFF
4 Set the following gear up pitch attitude and thrust:
Flaps extended - 10 degrees and 85% N1
Flaps up - 4 degrees and 70% N1
CABIN ALTITUDE
1 Don the oxygen masks.
2 Establish crew communications.
3 Check the cabin altitude and rate.
4 IF the cabin is uncontrollable:
- PASS OXYGEN - Push to ON and hold for 1 second
- Without delay, descend to the lowest safe altitude or 10,000 feet, whichever is higher. If the fuel is critical, descend to 14,000ft.
- To descend:
Move thrust levers to idle.
Extend the speedbrakes.
- If structural integrity is in doubt:
Limit airspeed and avoid high manoeuvring loads.
- Descend at Vmo/Mmo.
5 If the cabin is controllable:
Continue normal operation.
Dual Eng Fail/Stall
Condition: Engine speed for both engines is below idle.
1 FUEL CONTROL switches (both) - CUTOFF, then RUN
2 RAM AIR TURBINE switch - Push and hold for 1 second
