Speed Brakes - Extend
Engine Failure Above V1
Maintain Directional Control
Accelerate to Vr
Rotate - Vr, Climb - V2
Landing Gear - Positive Rate, Gear Up
Flaps Up - 400 AGL and V2 + 10 or Venr (whichever is lower)
Accelerate to Venr (Vt)
Engine Failure During Coupled Approach
Power - Increase as required
Airspeed - Vref + 10
Flaps - Takeoff/Approach
Engine Fire
Throttle - Idle
If Light Remains On
Engine Fire Switch - Lift Cover and Push
Either Illuminated Fire Bottle Armed Light - Push
Emergency Restart - Two Engines
Ignition - Both On
Fuel Boost Pumps - Both On
Throttles - Idle
Airspeed - 240 KIAS
Cabin Decompression (Cabin Alt Light, Master Warning)
Oxygen Masks - Don, 100% Oxygen
Oxygen Microphone Switches - Mic Oxy Mask
Emergency Descent - As required
Passenger Oxygen - Ensure Passengers Receiving Oxygen
Emergency Descent
Autopilot/Trim Disengage - Press
Throttles - Idle
Speed Brakes - Engage
Moderate Bank
Pitch 15 degrees nose down
Environmental System Smoke or Odor
Oxygen Masks - Don and EMER
Oxygen Microphone Switches - Mic oxy mask
Smoke Removal
Oxygen Masks - Don and EMER
Oxygen Microphone Switches - Mic oxy mask
Electrical Fire or Smoke
Oxygen Masks - Don and EMER
Oxygen Microphone Switches - Mic oxy mask
Battery Overheat (Batt O’Temp + Master Warning)
Volt/Amp - Note
Batt Switch - Emer
Volt/Amp - Note decrease
Autopilot Malfunction
Autopilot/Trim Disengage - Press
Emergency Evacuation
Throttles Off
L/R Engine Fire Switch - Both Press
Bottle 1 and 2 Armed Switch - Both Press (If fire suspected)
Battery Switch - Off
Airplane Outside - Check for best escape route
If through cabin door
Cabin Door - Open
Move away from airplane
If through escape hatch
Escape Hatch - Remove and throw out of airplane
Move away from airplane
