Aborted Engine Start
Fuel Control Switch (affected side) -cut off
Airspeed Unreliable
Airspeed or Mach ind unreliable
Autopilot disconnect switch —push
Auto throttle arm switches — both off
Flight director switches — both off
Set the following gear up pitch attitude & thrust…
Flaps up —————-4’ pitch & 70% N1
Flaps extended —— 10’ pitch & 85% N1
Cabin Altitude / Rapid Descent
Don Oxygen Masks
Establish crew coms
Check cabin altitude & rate
If cabin uncontrollable…
Pax oxygen switch —-push on & hold 1sec
Without delay….descend to lowest MSA or 10000’ whichever is higher. If fuel critical descend to 14000’.
Thrust levers —-Idle
Extend speed brake
(structural integrity limit a/s)
Descend at VMO/MMO
If cabin controllable—-continue normal ops.
Dual Engine Fail / Stall
Fuel Control Switches —-both cut off / run
Ram Air Turbine Switch— push / hold 1sec
Engine Autostart L/R
Fuel Control Switch (affected side) - Cutoff
Engine Limit/Surge/Stall
Auto throttle arm switch - confirm - off
Thrust lever - confirm - retard until within limits or idle
Engine Severe Damage / Separation with airframe vibration
Auto throttle arm switch- confirm - off
Thrust lever- confirm - idle
Fuel control switch- confirm - cut off
Engine fire switch - confirm - pull
Fire Engine L/R
Auto throttle arm switch - confirm - off
Thrust lever - confirm - idle
Fuel control switch - confirm - cutoff
Engine fire switch - confirm - pull
If engine fire message shows….
Engine fire switch -rotate to stop hold 1sec
Stabalizer
One of these occur….
-Stabilizer movement without a signal to trim.
- The stabilizer has failed.
Stab cutout switches both - cutout
Do not exceed current airspeed
