Aborted Engine start
FUEL CONTROL SWITCH… (affected side)… CUTOFF
Airspeed unreliable
autopilot disengage switch push
A/T ARM switch OFF
F/D switches both OFF
Set the following gear up pitch attitude and thrust:
Flaps extended: 10 degrees pitch up, and 75%
Flaps up: 4 degree pitch up and 75%
Cabin Altitude or Rapid depressurization
Don the oxygen mask
Establish crew com
Check the cabin alt and rate
IF the cabin altitude is uncontrollable- without delay, descend to the lowest safe altitude or 10,000’ whichever is higher
To descend move the thrust levers to idle, extend the speed brakes
IF structural intefrity is in doubt, limit airpspeed and avoid high maneuvering loads
Descend at VMO/MMO
VMO= 350
MMO= .86
Dual Engine Fail
ENT START selector (both) FLT
Thrust lever (both) idle
FUEL CONTROL switches (both) CUTOFF, then RUN
IF engine appears stalled OR EGT approaches the standby Engine Indicator placard limit
FUEL CONTROL switch (affected engine)… Confirm… RUN
IF engine appears stalled again OR EGT approaches the standby engine indicator placard limit, repeat as needed
ENGINE FIRE or Engine severe damage or separation
A/T ARM switch OFF
Thrust lever (affected side)… Confirm… Idle
FUEL CONTROL switch (affected side)… confirm… CUTOFF
Engine fire switched (affected side)… Confirm… Pull
IF the engine fire warning light is illuminated: engine fire switch rotate to the stop and hold for 1 sec
IF after 30sex the engine fire warning light stays illuminated: engine fire switch rotate to the other stop and hold for 1 sec
Engine limit or surge or stall
A/T ARM switch OFF
Thrust lever (affected side)… Confirm… Retard until engine indications stay within limits or the thrust lever is at idle
