ENGINE FAILURE DURING TAKEOFF ABOVE V1 SPEED
A
- Rotate at VR to target takeoff pitch attitude; Climb at V2.
- Gear - Up, when positive rate-of-climb is established
- Climb to 1500 FT AGL or Obstacle Clearance Altitude (as appropriate), accelerate to V2 + 25, retract flaps, then accelerate to 200 KIAS en-route climb speed.

ENGINE FAILURE DURING APPROACH
A
- Control Wheel Master Switch (MSW) - Depress and Release
Yaw Damper and Autopilot will disengage.
(On aircraft 45-002 thru 45-294 not modified by SB 45-27-20, the spoilers will blow down while the MSW is depressed.) - Thrust Lever (operative engine)- increase as required
- Flaps - 20°
- Airspeed - VREF + 5

“ENGINE FIRE” VOICE ACTIVATES ENGINE FIRE

- Thrust Lever - Idle, unless critical thrust situation exists
- If fire continues more than 15 seconds or there are other indications of fire:
a) Thrust Lever- Cutoff
b) Applicable FIRE switch (ENGINE) - Lift guard, FIRE PUSH
c) EXTINGUISHER #1Switch (ENGINE) - Lift guard, ARMED push

- DEPLOY Switch (PAX OXYGEN) - Lift guard, ON
- Pilot and Copilot MIC/MASK Selector Switches - MASK
- Pilot and Copilot INPH Selector Switches - INPH

CABIN FIRE LIGHT ILLUMINATED OR CABIN/COCKPIT FIRE, SMOKE, OR FUMES

- Crew Oxygen Masks - Don - Select 100% oxygen
- Smoke Goggles - Don
- EMER DEPRESS Switch - Lift Guard, ON
- Pilot and Copilot MIC/MASK Switches - MASK
- Pilot and Copilot INPH Selector Switches - INPH (enabled)

LOSS OF BOTH GENERATORS AND BOTH MAIN BATTERIES

- L and R BATT Switches - On, one at a time
- L and R GEN Circuit Breakers (respective electrical group) - Set
- Engine N2 - 80% or above.
- L and R GEN Switches - One at a time,depress for approximately 1 second

AILERON CONTROL JAM
A
- Attitude Control - As required. Use rudder and thrust as necessary
- ROLL DISC Lever - Pull (ROLL DISC white CAS)
a) Pilot - Control aircraft with the spoilerons
b) Do not use the copilot control.
c) Do not use AIL TRIM.

A
- Control Wheel Master Switch (MSW) - Depress and hold
- Attitude Control - As required
- Thrust Levers - As required

ELEVATOR CONTROL JAM
A
- Attitude Control – As Required. Use pitch trim and attitude thrust as necessary.
- ELEV DISC Handle – Pull and rotate (ELEVATOR DISC white CAS). The pilot will control the left elevator and the copilot will control the right elevator.
- Determine elevator without the jam and transition flight control to that pilot.
a) Do not apply additional control force to the jammed control
b) Do not use PIT TRIM BIAS

- Thrust Levers - IDLE
- Autopilot - Disengage
- SPOILER Lever - EXT
- Identify aircraft pitch and roll attitude.
- Level wings.
- Elevator and Pitch Trim - As required to raise the nose
