How soon are benefits available to new wine club guests?
Immediately.
Rewards are issued after the first month membership has been paid.
When are wine club members charged out and how soon can they pick up their WOM?
Cheated out on last business day of each month and may pick up in store after 11 am on the day of charge out.
Do wine club members have to pick up their wines every month?
No, but ensure that at a minimum the three most recent month’s wines are available.
Can we ship?
Yes, where legally permissible at an additional cost and will be delivered to the member every three months. Shippers are charged out quarterly on the last day of the month proceeding the shipment month.
What are choices for gift membership?
4, 6 or 12 months
Can members cancel at anytime?
Members may choose to leave at anytime, but ask to stay at least three months to give it a try.
Who are the Ambassadors Club?
25 wine club members who earned the most points for the previous calendar year.
They receive an ambassador card, which may be add in lieu of the regular card.
Ambassador Club Membership and associated benefits do not expire.

Guaranteed reservation for four guests at any location within 24 hours
First opportunity for special Wine Club Events
Invitations to all of our VIP Grand opening events.

WINGS is the system we use for our Wine Club. Through Wings we can:
- See what club a member is in
- determine what wines have been picked up
- update credit card
- enter notes in account
- add loyalty points to open checks
- add new wine club members
- add/extend/convert gift memberships
- upgrade to a two-bottle membership
- order replacement and extra cards
- change membership information
- review points
- sign members up
When do members receive their $25 rewards?
$25 rewards are uploaded to their wine club card within 24 hours of reaching 350 points.
How may $25 rewards be used?
$25 rewards may be used in the dining room or bad and for carry out orders at any location
$25 reward may not be used for retail wine or merchandise purchases.
Multiple $25 reward can be used at one time.
Cannot be combined with other offers.
When do members receive their birthday rewards?
Birthday rewards are uploaded to their wine club card 30 days prior to birthday.
How may birthday rewards be used one time?
Birthday rewards may be used in the dining room or bar any location.
May not be used for retail wine or merchandise.
Multiple birthday rewards may be used at one table, but only one birthday reward may be used per person.
Birthday rewards cannot be combined with $25 rewards or other discounts and offers
