These remarks appeared on a screen in front of the participants during the study.
The participants also were given false info on how stressed the applicants were getting.
Procedure- as the test went on…
Gave -ve remarks 15 as appeared on screen with applicants stress level, Applicants obv very stressed and 2/3rd through the applicants accused them of giving false Info and withdraw consent.
If participants refused to give more remarks they were told to continue.
Findings
92% gave all remarks No real opposition Intensely disliked Convinced test score was affected by their remarks 96% real situation
Conclusion
Higher than milgrams, easier to obey psychological violence even if it would lead to permanent harm.
Milgrams was very famous but it made no difference, obedience is higher than ever.

One country =culture more/less
