Aid w/ smoking cessation. Increase dose slowly. Not given longer than 12weeks.

Toxicity = blurred vision, tinnitus, slurred speech, vomiting, diarrhea

**Contraindicated = pt's with glaucoma - causes IOP, which can lead to blindness/vision loss Treatment = Parkinson's disease
