Aid w/ smoking cessation. Increase dose slowly. Not given longer than 12weeks.

Used to treat depression BUT can be used to treat pain that can occur in people with Diabetes

** Should not be taken with Furosemide (Diuretic)
Toxicity = blurred vision, tinnitus, slurred speech, vomiting, diarrhea
Drink 6-8 glasses of water each day
Benztropine
**Contraindicated = pt's with glaucoma - causes IOP, which can lead to blindness/vision loss Treatment = Parkinson's disease

antidote = atropine sulfate
Diabetes insipidus
Vasopressin
