Clindamycin pediatric infection

Rx: Clindamycin 75 mg/5 ml 8-25 mg/kg/day - about 5 mg/kg 3 x per day,
Disp: 200 ml
Sig: 8-25 mg/kg/day, 20 mg/kg/day 1 hour prior to dentla procedure for prophylaxis
3-8 mg/kg/dose

Example: 12 kg child
Rx: Clindamycin 75 mg/5ml 
Disp: 200 ml
Sig: taken 1 tsp q8h (TID) for 10 days.
