- Can also cause cataracts

Clozapine

- Used to treat refractory schizophrenia
- Must monitor white count for risk of agranulocytosis
- Also decreased siezure threshold

Lithium
A
- Low theraputic index
- Must check thyroid function and renal function before administration
- If renally impaired dose adjustments must be made. Be sure to check renal function before starting lithium.
