Long-term use ADR = gastric ulceration, osteoporosis, adrenal suppression

Schedule on alternate days to decrease ADRs
A rash is not an expected ADR ∴ don’t stop taking this med because of it.

Taper gradually to prevent withdrawal syndrome during long-term therapy
