what is the difference between a word of wisdom & a word of knowledge?
Wisdom is an insight into a need neither knew until then. Knowledge in known to the recipient at some level but revealed supernaturally to the minister.
What three spiritual areas does discernment of spirits help us with and what implication does this show for practical application in ministry?
a. God & angels. devil & demons. the human spirit.
b. We must know which we are dealing with so we know how to approach each
Where would a gift of faith be useful in ministry and how would that help us?
a. In any thing or venture that is beyond our abilities
b. It would help us act in the face of incredible odds because we are sure God is with us.
How does Hebrews 11 refute the false claim that tis someone “just has faith” God will deliver, heal, or always provide for them?
By showing some never were delivered but still made it into Hebrew 11 and received God’s approval.
