June-shearing and harvesting
July- ploughing and gathering
August- harvesting, tying and winnowing

November- butchering, salting/smoking, weaving

A

Peasants main food was a dark bread made of rye grain
a stew called portage, made of peas, beans, onions
the only sweet foods are berries, nuts, and honey
peasants to not eat much
