Bayeux Tapestry
A section of the Bayeux tapestry that shows the nobles feasting while on campaign ghting for King william I of England.
Primary Source
Primary sources are sources that are the original piece of something.
Secondary Source
A secondary secondary source is a source that is not the original piece of something. For example a photo.
Tithe Barn
a barn where peasants’ produce is stored as a form of taxation.
Thatch
straw used for making roofs.
Illumination
hand- painted illustration in a medieval book.
Bias
inclination or prejudice for or against one person or group, especially in a way considered to be unfair.
“there was evidence of bias against black applicants”
Barbarians
(in ancient times) a member of a people not belonging to one of the great civilizations (Greek, Roman, Christian).
