15mg/kg - 4-6 hours max 4g daily

choline salicylate
> 4 months - rub into affected areas every 3 hours prn
zinc oxide
apply at every nappy change, bath or first sign of redness
permethrin
apply to towel dried hair, leave in for 10 minutes then rinse out
salicylic acid - cradle cap
apply twice daily to crusts only for 3-5 days without washing hair then wash with gentle shampoo
salicylic acid - warts
apply a thin layer or patch once daily (bedtime) after soaking lesion in hot water for 5 minutes, thoroughly drying, rubbing back - allow to dry, cover with plaster - continue until cleared
clotrimazole
2-3 times daily for 2-4 weeks
miconazole
twice daily, continue 2 weeks
hydrocortisone
apply sparingly to affected area twice daily for 7 days
coal tar
use as shampoo 1-2 times weekly
benzyl benzoate
after bath - apply thinly to whole body from neck down allow to dry, leave 24 hours, reapply after 5 days if persist
