Must be w/in 1 hour of suspected ingestion except:
- 2 hours for Modern Oral Anticoagulant
- anytime for salicylate/ASA

Know/suspected hyperkalemia w/ ECG changes
Aspirin
Symptoms secondary to suspected acute coronary syndrome
Diphenhydramine
General allergic reaction
Anaphylaxis
Dystonic medication reactions or akathisia
Headaches
Epinephrine 1:1 IM
Anaphylaxis/severe asthma
Famotidine
Isolated hives/urticaria
Allergic reaction w/o airway compromise
Dextrose IV/IO
Clinical condition of concern for hypoglycemia and BGL reading less than 60mg/dl or age appropriate cut-offs
Glucose PO
Known/suspected hypoglycemia, able to swallow, patent airway
Ibuprofen
Mild to moderate pain
Frostbite or frozen extremity
IV Solutions
Expand intravascular volume
Use to make an IV drip
Use for flushed after medication administration
Naloxone
Suspected opioid-induced CNS respiratory depression
Unresponsive w/ impaired reflexes or respiratory depression
Suspected Clonidine overdose
Nitroglycerin
Hypertension control in heart failure
Pain control in pts w/ hx of NTG being effective for angina
Zofran
Nausea/vomiting
Prophylaxis for pt w/ high risk of motion sickness
Phenylephrine
Nosebleed
